Leadership Prongs

Proactive leadership encompasses eight prongs: passion, positioning, planning, preparing, promoting, practicing, protecting, and providing. Without faithful attention to these eight dimensions of this law, a high level of success is not likely to be experienced-and career-long success is unlikely. In addition, without attention to these eight prongs, facilitating continuous individual and group improvement is almost impossible. In fact, trying to initiate progress and change is likely to drive a leader crazy and make him or her begin to believe that "the job is impossible" or "just isn't worth it."
